Terms of Use
The provisional terms for using ExoLink.

01Service
ExoLink is a UK platform that connects dental clinics with vetted dental labs and automatically allocates each case by price, quality and due date. Features are released in stages; some are not yet available.
02Applications and accounts
Accounts are created only when we approve an application. You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. We may reject an application or deactivate an account where details cannot be verified or terms are breached.
03Your responsibilities
Keep your password confidential, use the service lawfully, and only upload data you are entitled to share. Clinics remain responsible for clinical decisions and prescriptions; labs for manufacturing quality and regulatory compliance.
04Pricing and payment
Clinics pay the listed lab price within their agreed cap. ExoLink charges labs a commission on delivered cases. Detailed commercial terms and VAT treatment will be set out in the applicable agreement.
05Availability and liability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
06Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
